Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. 1. Put all ingredients except tapioca flour in a food processor, process until smooth.
2. Transfer to a bowl, mix with tapioca flour, knead lightly until it becomes a dough that can be shaped.
3. Round shape, put in hot water, do it until it runs out.
4. Boil the cilok meatballs until they float and are cooked, remove and drain. Set aside.
5. Fry the ground spices and lime leaves until fragrant, add the broth, meat, sugar, salt and powdered stock to taste, cook until the spices are absorbed.
6. Enter the cilok meatballs, spring onions and chili paste, cook until boiling, remove from heat.
7. Serve with a sprinkling of spring onions and pilus.
