Tofu Curry Ingredients

  • 15 pieces of fried tofu
  • 750 liters of beef broth
  • 65 ml coconut milk @karasantan.id
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass geprek
  • 3 lime leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cm cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Salt,
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp mushroom seasoning
  • Oil for frying
  • Complements: Fried onions, chili sauce, lime

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 segment of galangal
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 segment of roasted turmeric
  • 3 pieces of roasted hazelnut
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 grains of Javanese cardamom without skin
  • 1/4 nutmeg

How to Make Tofu Curry

  • 1. Saute ground spices until cooked, lemongrass, lime leaves, bay leaf, cinnamon, until fragrant then add a little thick coconut milk then stir-fry until fragrant and then enter the beef broth.
  • 2. Enter the fried tofu, add salt, sugar, mushroom seasoning. Cook until the spices are absorbed, the gravy is slightly reduced.
  • 3. Enter the coconut milk, cook until it boils and the coconut milk is cooked, taste correction. Lift. Give a sprinkling of fried onions.. Good luck..
