Ingredient

  • 1 pack of spaghetti 230gr @pastabisa
  • 100gr sliced ​​beef
  • 5 red bottom grains, thinly sliced
  • 5 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, cut
  • 2 pieces of cabbage / chicory
  • 1 scallion, sliced ​​oblique
  • 2 packs of aceh fried noodle seasoning @bangowarisankuliner
  • 1 tbsp curry spice @rumahindofood
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 150ml spaghetti boiled water

How to make

  • 1. Boil the spaghetti, add 1 tsp of salt in the boiling water, cook it until it is cooked and chewy for about 8 minutes, remove and drain
  • 2. Heat a frying pan, add oil, stir-fry the onion until fragrant, add beef, cook until it changes color, add aceh fried noodle seasoning, curry and soy sauce, mix well, cook until fragrant, add spaghetti, cabbage, tomatoes and water , cook until the spices are absorbed, add the scallions, mix well, correct the taste, remove and serve.
