Ingredients

  • 2 cups white rice
  • handful of spinach
  • anchovies, fried
  • 2 eggs, omelette, roll, sliced
  • 3 red onions
  • 2 garlics
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp broth powder
  • salt and sugar to taste
  • 2 green bird's eye chilies, chopped

Method

  • • Puree the spinach, onion, and garlic with a little water.
