Ingredient

  • 400gr fluffier rice
  • 1 pack of Sajiku Chicken Fried Rice
  • 1 sheet of nori
  • 3 eggs
  • 100gr boiled carrots
  • 20gr cucumber
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp cooking oil

Addition

  • Sausage for stuffing
  • Bread flour, thick flour dough

Method

  • • Cut the carrots & cucumber into rectangles, set aside. Beat eggs, add salt, set aside.
  • • Heat 1 tbsp oil, omelet 2/3 parts for stuffing. Cut lengthwise set aside. Continue with omelette 1/3 of the egg, for rolls, set aside.
  • • Heat 3 tablespoons of oil, add the rice and Sajiku Chicken Fried Rice, mix well, cook until cooked.
  • • Take the nori, arrange the fried rice, carrot slices, cucumber and sliced ​​omelet, then roll it up (I added sausage). Do the same way by using the omelet as the roll.
  • • Additional: for those wrapped in nori, I coat them with a thick flour mixture (2 tablespoons of flour and enough water), roll them in breadcrumbs, fry for a while. Lift.
