Chicken Meatball Soup Ingredients

  • 400 gr chicken
  • 1 carrot, sliced/grated
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fried garlic
  • 1 tbsp fried red onion
  • Salt, pepper powder, sugar, powdered broth
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour
  • Enough water

Soup Ingredients

  • 3 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 3 cloves of red onion, puree
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 100 gr ear mushrooms
  • Salt, sugar, pepper powder
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Broth water / leftover meatball stew
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Chicken Meatball Soup

  • 1. Grind the chicken meat until smooth, then add salt, sugar, powdered broth, pepper powder, eggs, fried shallots & garlic, grind again until well blended. Add tapioca flour, grind again. Then add the carrots & scallions, stir with a spoon/spatula.
  • 2. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, then reduce the heat. Print the meatballs by hand, do it until the dough runs out. After the meatballs are cooked, take them out.
  • 3. Sauce: saute red & white onions until cooked, then add broth. Add salt, sugar, pepper powder & tomatoes, stir. After boiling, add mushrooms, scallions, celery & carrots, stir. Just before being removed, add the meatballs, stir briefly and then remove from heat.
