What is Coconut Soto Sauce Seasoning?
Ground spices 3 tbsp roasted coriander. 1 tsp roasted cumin. 1 tsp peppercorns. 3 cloves of garlic. 7 red onions. 1 tsp chopped or grated ginger. 1 tsp chopped or grated turmeric. salt to taste.
Ingredient
- 1/2 chicken
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 2 limes/lime
- Celery leaves to taste, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp mushroom stock/broth powder
- 1 tsp salt/to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
Pureeed Seasoning
- 12 shallots
- 9 garlic
- 4 pecans
- 1 grain nutmeg
- 2 segments of turmeric
- 2 slices of ginger
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tbsp pepper granules
- 500 ml boiled water
- 1.5 liters of coconut milk from one coconut
Spices
- 7 lime leaves
- 4 bay leaves
- 2 lemongrass stalks, bruised
- 2 segments of galangal, bruised
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 grains of cardamom
- 3 starlets
How to make
- 1. Wash the chicken, boil for about 15-20 minutes, then drain.
- 2. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, wash clean, then fry until cooked, set aside.
- 3. Saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked add water, when it boils add chicken, add mushroom broth, salt, sugar, cook until chicken is tender, remove. Finally, add the coconut milk, stir so that the coconut milk doesn't break, test the taste.
Sambal Recipe
- 1 0ns Red Cayenne Pepper, 5 Curly Red Chili. Boil Until Soft Then Blend Smoothly.
Solution
- In a bowl, pour the potatoes, shredded chicken, tomatoes, celery leeks, pour the soto sauce, give the chili sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, chips and fried onions. Add pickles if you like.
