- 4 pcs chicken breast fillet
- 1 pc lemon
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 handfuls of spinach leaves
- 4 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes / cherry tomatoes
- 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Italian Spice (oregano, rosemary, thyme, basil, parsley)
- 300 ml heavy cream (cream cuisine)
- 400 ml water / chicken stock
- 100 gr grated Parmesan cheese
- Thickener: 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp water
- Salt and black pepper to taste
How to make
- 1. In a bowl, mix the chicken breast fillet, lemon juice flour, salt and black pepper.
- 2. Prepare a large skillet. Heat the oil, fry the chicken until it changes color on both sides. Lift and drain.
- 3. Add the garlic to the pan. Saute until fragrant. Add sun-dried tomatoes, Italian Spice, cream, grated cheese, and stock/water. Cook until boiling. Add chicken. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce begins to reduce. Add thickening agent. Stir well. Adjust the taste by adding salt and black pepper.
- 4. Finally, add the spinach. Just stir briefly as long as the spinach is wilted. Turn off the fire. Serve while hot. Can be served with spaghetti, potatoes, or bread.
