Gambas/oyong Cook Eggs
Ingredient
- 2 pieces of gambas/oyong, cut according to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
- Enough water
How to make
- 1. Heat vegetable oil, saute garlic until golden.
- 2. Enter the pieces of gambas/oyong, salt, mushroom broth and give enough water.
- 3. Cook just until slightly wilted, remove and serve.
