Ingredient

  • 2 pieces of gambas/oyong, cut according to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • Enough water

How to make

  • 1. Heat vegetable oil, saute garlic until golden.
  • 2. Enter the pieces of gambas/oyong, salt, mushroom broth and give enough water.
  • 3. Cook just until slightly wilted, remove and serve.
