Ingredients

  • 500 gr ground beef
  • 1 pc onion, chopped, stir-fry for a while
  • 3 tablespoons bread flour/panko if you have it
  • 50 ml full cream liquid milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 100 ml broth (50ml water 1/2 stock powder)

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp English kcp
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp stock powder
  • 1 tbsp rice wine/red wine

How to make

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together, divide into 6 parts, shape like a burger patty, arrange on a baking sheet, put in the freezer for 30 minutes
  • 2. Melt the butter, add the meat, fry until one side is browned, then turn the meat over, flush with some of the broth, cover the Teflon, cook until the water runs out and the meat is cooked.
  • 3. Sauce: melt butter, add all ingredients, mix together, bring to a boil, pour over meat
