Ingredients

  • 600 grams of tilapia fish, wash clean, add lime juice
  • 2 garlic, puree
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp tapioca
  • 4 pieces of kecombrang, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • Salt, sugar to taste
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 250ml water
  • Chilli slices

Ground spices

  • 5 red onions
  • 2 garlics
  • 3 roasted hazelnuts
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

How to cook

  • • Brush tilapia fish that has been washed clean, with mashed garlic and salt. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  • • Before frying the tilapia, coat it with tapioca flour, then fry it in hot oil, until golden brown, remove. Set aside.
  • • Saute ground spices and lime leaves until fragrant and cooked, then add the sliced ​​​​kecombrang, stir, add water, cook until boiling, while adding sweet soy sauce, mushroom broth, salt and sugar. After boiling, add sliced ​​red chilies, stir briefly, remove and pour into the fried fish.
  • Serve!
