Ingredient

  • 1 piece of tempeh (350gram)
  • 4 cloves of red onion
  • • 4 cloves garlic
  • • 100 grams of long beans
  • • 3 sausages
  • • 6 pieces of curly red chili (according to taste)
  • • tsp chicken stock
  • • tsp salt
  • • 1 tsp sugar
  • • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • • 100 ml of water
  • • enough cooking oil

How to make

  • 1. Cut the tempeh into cubes or according to taste, then steam for 4 minutes
  • 2. Slice Bamer Baput and chili. Sausage and long beans cut according to taste
  • 3. Heat enough cooking oil for frying. If the oil is hot, you can add Bamer and Baput, stir-fry until fragrant and change color. If you can add long beans that have been cut, stir fry for a while then add sausage, fry again until the sausage blooms, if it blooms, you can add steamed tempeh
  • 4. Flatten first then add water, chili, chicken stock, salt, sugar and oyster sauce. Cook until the water shrinks and finally don't forget to check the taste
