Stuffing Ingredients

  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 2 slices of white bread cut into cubes
  • Liquid milk 130 ml
  • 1/4 of an onion
  • 4 cloves garlic sliced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp English soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Mushroom broth
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder

Leather

  • White Chives 20 Sheets, Wash, Put in the Microwave 4 Minutes. (To Wither)

Bechamel Sauce Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 1 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Liquid milk 300ml
  • Salt pepper to taste
  • 25 grams of grated cheese

Step

  • 1. Soak white bread in liquid milk for 10 minutes, then mash it.
  • 2. Saute onion and garlic until wilted. Reserve 1/3 for the Béchamel sauce.
  • 3. Mix, ground beef, stir-fry onions with all ingredients evenly.
  • 4. Divide the dough into 10 parts. Wrap with 2 pieces of mustard greens. Repeat the process until the dough runs out.
  • 5. Melt the butter, add the flour, fry for 2 minutes, pour in the milk little by little, stir until bubbling, add the onion and garlic, mushroom broth, salt, pepper, mix well. Lift.
  • 6. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  • 7. Pour 1/2 part of the Béchamel sauce, Arrange the mustard rolls, on top. Then pour the rest of the sauce.
  • 8. Then Bake for 50 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius, remove the cheese topping (my creation)
