Ingredients

  • 100 gr wheat flour
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely
  • 250 ml water
  • Salt, pepper and stock powder to taste

Mixed Ingredients

  • 150 gr chicken fillet, finely
  • 200 gr tapioca flour
  • 1 scallion

Peanut sauce

  • 150 gr roasted peanuts, puree
  • Sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste

Ground spices

  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 pieces of curly chili
  • 3 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 1 pecan
  • Sweet Soy Sauce

How to make

  • 1. Cook the ingredients for the starter half-cooked, remove and transfer to a bowl.
  • 2. Add the minced chicken, scallions and tapioca flour, stir and knead slowly until it becomes a solid dough.
  • 3. Take a little dough, round shape. Boil until cooked and float, remove and drain.
  • 4. Peanut sauce: saute ground spices until fragrant, pour enough water. Add sugar, salt and powdered broth. Add ground peanuts, stir and cook until boiling and thickened, remove from heat.
  • 5. Serve the chicken cilok with peanut sauce and sweet soy sauce.
