Ingredient

  • 500 gr Shrimp
  • 2 pcs Potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 3 Pete boards, peeled
  • Salt to taste, mushroom broth, sugar
  • Enough oil for frying and sauteing

Subtle Seasoning Ingredients

  • 6 pcs Shallots
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 10 pieces of red chili
  • 3 pieces of red chili (according to taste)
  • 1 pc Tomato

Method

  • 1. Fry the potatoes until cooked.
  • 2. Clean the shrimp, remove the head / according to taste. Coat the prawns with lime and salt to taste, let stand. Then fry the prawns until they change color.
  • 3. Heat enough oil, fry the ground spices until fragrant and the spices are cooked. Add salt, mushroom broth and sugar. Taste correction.
  • 4. Add the bananas, cook for a while, then add the prawns and potatoes, mix well and cook for a while until the spices are absorbed.
  • 5. Remove and serve.
