  • -1kg Chicken Balungan
  • -1 pc lime
  • -2 stalks lemongrass, geprek
  • -3cm ginger, crushed
  • -3cm galangal, geprek

  • -3 sheets of lime leaves
  • -250 ml thin coconut milk
  • -5 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • -1 tbsp brown sugar
