Santan Grilled Tilapia

Ingredient

  • 1 kg of tilapia
  • 1/2 lime
  • 65 ml @karasantan.id
  • To taste salt, sugar and flavoring
  • Ground spices:
  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 segment of galangal
  • 2 cm turmeric
  • 10 pieces of red chili
  • Oil seasoning:
  • 2 tbsp ground spices
  • 3 tbsp melted margarine

Step

  • 1. Coat the fish with lime juice. Then add the ground spices (reserve 2 tablespoons for the seasoning), coconut milk, add salt, a little sugar, and flavoring, mix well. Then let it rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • 2. Grill the fish. I burn it with charcoal so that it tastes more if you don't want to be complicated, you can burn it on the grill using a gas fire. You can use leaves too, but I prefer to burn it straight away so it tastes more burnt.
  • 3. If the fish is tender and cooked. Transfer to a serving plate and add vegetables or chili according to taste. Good luck
