1. Coat the fish with lime juice. Then add the ground spices (reserve 2 tablespoons for the seasoning), coconut milk, add salt, a little sugar, and flavoring, mix well. Then let it rest for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. Grill the fish. I burn it with charcoal so that it tastes more if you don't want to be complicated, you can burn it on the grill using a gas fire. You can use leaves too, but I prefer to burn it straight away so it tastes more burnt.
