Nori Nuggets

Ingredient

• 2 chicken breast fillets, cut into rectangles
• 1 egg white
• 2 sheets of nori, cut 2 x 6 cm

Marinated Seasoning

• 2 tsp garlic powder REMPAH @sourcepanganrejeki
• 1 tsp white pepper REMPAHI powder @sourcepanganrejeki
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Coating Flour

• 4 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp rice flour
• 1 tbsp tapioca
• Salt
• 1/2 tsp white pepper spice spice @sourcepanganrejeki

Method

• 1. Season the chicken with the marinade. Leave it for an hour or overnight in the fridge
• 2. Add the egg whites, mix well
• 3. Wrap the chicken one by one with nori
• 4. Coat with flour coating.
• 5. Fry until brown. Serve
