Ingredient

  • 2 bunches of lompong stalks, cleaned and cut
  • 20 g of anchovies
  • 800 ml water
  • 2 tbsp instant coconut milk

Ground spices

  • 7 cloves of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 stalks of candlenut
  • 20 pcs cayenne pepper (according to taste)
  • 1 rs ginger
  • turmeric rs

Other Seasonings

  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 rs of galangal
  • tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mushroom broth
  • tbsp pepper powder
  • tbsp coriander powder
  • Whole cayenne pepper (to taste)

Method

  • 1. Wash the stems of the lompong until they are completely clean. MAKE SURE TO USE GLOVES.
  • 2. Soak in salt water, for 10 minutes, then boil until half soft
  • 3. Puree all the spices and fry with enough oil, add lemongrass, bay leaf, galangal
  • 4. Stir well and stir fry until the spices are cooked
  • 5. After the spices are cooked and cooked, add the anchovies and stir-fry again
  • 6. Add water, then add sugar, salt, powdered broth, ground pepper and coriander powder, coconut milk, mix well and let it boil
  • 7. After the water boils, add the lompong. Don't cook it too long, just cook it until the water boils again
  • 8. Then, it will be lifted for a moment, taste correction and ready to be served
