Ingredient

  • 650 gr tuna cut into pieces
  • 7 pcs star fruit wuluh split in 2
  • 2 lbs lime leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 65 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
  • Lime
  • 2 cm galangal crushed
  • Salt, mushroom broth, sugar, water to taste

Ground spices

  • 7 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 cm turmeric
  • 4 candlesticks
  • A little pepper
  • 2 pcs cardamom
  • A little Lawang flower
  • 10 pcs mixed cayenne pepper
  • 10 pcs curly red chili

The method

  • 1. Wash the pieces of tuna and then coat with lime juice, let stand 10 pcs then rinse with clean water. Fry until half cooked
  • 2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, enter the bay leaf, lime leaf, lemongrass, galangal, stir. Pour enough water, let it boil then add coconut milk, stir so it doesn't break.
  • 3. Enter the fried tuna, add salt, mushroom broth, sugar, star fruit, stir briefly.
  • 4. Correct the taste, serve after cooked
