Ingredient

100 gr prawns (after peeled)
2 whole eggs
1 tsp garlic powder (you can also use 1 clove of finely grated garlic)

1/3 tsp pepper
2 tbsp all-purpose flour

How to make

1. Puree the shrimp meat, mix with the seasoning ingredients, mix well. Lastly add flour, mix well. 2. Pour into a 23 x 10 x 5 cm tin that has been lined with heat-resistant plastic with a little oil. Steam for 10 min/until cooked.
3. Cut / divide into 4 parts, fry until golden brown. After frying, you can immediately slice it thinly and use it as a topping for yammie, nasgor, fried noodles/kwetiau etc. You can also store it in the refrigerator if you don't want to use it yet.
