Ingredients

  • • 500 grams of chicken

How to make

  • 1. Wash the chicken, then marinate using 1 tablespoon garlic powder and tsp chicken stock, let stand for ± 20 minutes and then fry using medium heat so that it cooks evenly
  • 2. Wash the bitter gourd and then split it into 2 parts. Next, remove the tangah or white parts and seeds using a clean spoon so that they are not bitter.
  • If it's thinly sliced. Then put it in a container then add 1-2 tsp of salt then squeeze the bitter gourd until it releases water. Then let stand for ± 15 minutes if you want to cook, wash thoroughly (tip 1 so that bitter melon is not bitter)
  • 3. Slice Bamer, Baput, and chili.
  • 4. Reduce the oil that has been used to fry the chicken. A little.
  • Saute Bamer, Baput and chili all at once until cooked, fragrant brown using enough oil (tip 2 so that bitter melon is not bitter, use a lot of oil when sauteing)
  • 5. Enter the pare stir fry until slightly wilted. Then add about 100-150 ml of water. Stir evenly.
  • Add chicken stock, ground pepper, sugar, oyster sauce. Cook again until the water boils. Just add the fried chicken.
  • Cook again until the water reduces.
