Grilled Meatballs & Sausages
Ingredient
- – Enough Beef Meatballs
- – Enough Sausage
Seasoning (Stir well)
- - Chili sauce
- - Tomato sauce
- - Sweet soy sauce
- – chili powder
- – 2 cloves of minced garlic
How to make
- 1. Boil beef meatballs for about 5-10 minutes, remove and drain
- 2. Discard the plastic sticking to the sausage, then cut the sausage
- 3. Mix all the spices, mix well, put the meatballs and sausage into the spices and stir until well blended, let stand for about 10 minutes to absorb
- 4. Skewer Meatballs and sausage, with a skewer, fill each 3 meatballs / according to taste, set aside
- 5. Prepare a non-stick pan, spread with margarine, then bake the meatballs and sausages while basting with the remaining seasonings to form a caramel
- 6. Lift and ready to enjoy
