Ingredient

  • – Enough Beef Meatballs
  • – Enough Sausage

Seasoning (Stir well)

  • - Chili sauce
  • - Tomato sauce
  • - Sweet soy sauce
  • – chili powder
  • – 2 cloves of minced garlic

How to make

  • 1. Boil beef meatballs for about 5-10 minutes, remove and drain
  • 2. Discard the plastic sticking to the sausage, then cut the sausage
  • 3. Mix all the spices, mix well, put the meatballs and sausage into the spices and stir until well blended, let stand for about 10 minutes to absorb
  • 4. Skewer Meatballs and sausage, with a skewer, fill each 3 meatballs / according to taste, set aside
  • 5. Prepare a non-stick pan, spread with margarine, then bake the meatballs and sausages while basting with the remaining seasonings to form a caramel
  • 6. Lift and ready to enjoy
