Carrot Chicken Meatball Ingredients

  • 300 gr half frozen chicken breast
  • 60 gr tapioca flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 carrot, cut into small dice
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • Water to boil.
  • Ground spices:
  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

How to Make Carrot Chicken Meatballs

  • 1. Puree the chicken breast in a food processor. Add salt, pepper, sugar and mushroom broth. Process until well blended. Enter the egg white process again.
  • 2. Add tapioca flour, process again until well blended.
  • 3. Mix with carrots and scallions. Stir until well blended.
  • 4. Boil the water, round the dough, put the meatball balls into the hot water, cook until the meatballs float, remove the meatballs, drain.
