Ingredient

  • -1 kg of fresh milkfish
  • -3 sheets of lime leaves
  • -3 tbsp tamarind water
  • -salt, sugar, mushroom broth to taste
  • -less water

Seasoning Iris

  • -2 stalks of lemongrass, just take the white
  • -10 cloves bamer
  • -5 cloves baput
  • -1 ounce chili, mix cayenne, curly, green
  • -1 pc tomato, I forgot to skip

How to cook

  • -Wash the milkfish clean, cut from the back to the tail, so that it is free of thorns without pressure (slide 2)
  • - Marinate with salt, coriander and turmeric powder. let stand 15 minutes then fry. set aside
  • -Saute the baput until fragrant, followed by stir-fry until wilted. just add lime leaves, chilies, tomatoes and lemongrass
  • -Saute until all ingredients are wilted, add a little water, add salt, sugar, mushroom stock to taste. Wait for it to boil then enter the tamarind water
  • Stir constantly until slightly thickened, then add the fried milkfish. mix well then turn off the fire
  • -serve 😊
