Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. -Wash the milkfish clean, cut from the back to the tail, so that it is free of thorns without pressure (slide 2)
- Marinate with salt, coriander and turmeric powder. let stand 15 minutes then fry. set aside
-Saute the baput until fragrant, followed by stir-fry until wilted. just add lime leaves, chilies, tomatoes and lemongrass
-Saute until all ingredients are wilted, add a little water, add salt, sugar, mushroom stock to taste. Wait for it to boil then enter the tamarind water
Stir constantly until slightly thickened, then add the fried milkfish. mix well then turn off the fire
