  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder

How to cook

  • 1. Mix the chicken with the marinade, let it rest for at least 15 minutes
  • 2. Mix the flour coating, mix well
  • 3. Take 1 tablespoon of coating flour, mix it with water, mix well until it becomes a runny dough
  • 4. Put the chicken into the dry coating flour, then dip the chicken into the liquid coating flour, finally put it back into the dry coating flour, squeeze then pinch a little so that the flour curls, fry the chicken in a lot of oil until golden yellow, serve

Sambal Matah

  • 10 pcs red onion, sliced
  • 1 handful of red cayenne / according to taste
  • 8 lbs lime leaves, finely sliced
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, sliced ​​(I skipped out)
