Marinated Ingredients

  • 7 tbsp wheat flour
  • 5 tbsp sago flour

Sambal Ingredients

  • 50gr cayenne pepper
  • 20gr curly red chili
  • 7 pcs garlic
  • 5 lime leaves
  • Salt, powdered broth, seasoning to taste
  • Hot oil to taste (to flush)

How to make

  • 1. Cut the chicken breast into small squares, then wash thoroughly. Then mix with the marinade ingredients mix well. Leave it for 2 hours or overnight.
  • 2. Mix the dry ingredients, then add the marinated chicken, knead until everything is coated in flour.
  • 3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  • 4. chili ingredients: fry the chilies and garlic for a while, until they are slightly wilted.
  • 5. then just a coarse blender, add salt, powdered broth and flavoring.
  • 6. Transfer to a bowl, add the lime leaf slices and pour hot oil, stir until smooth.

Note

  • -Chicken popcron can be used for frozen food stock, so the chicken is half cooked. Wait until it cools down, put it in the plastic and put it in the freezer.
