Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. 1. Boil the bamboo shoots until cooked and then rinse with clean water. Drain well
2. Saute the ground spices until fragrant, add the bay leaf, lime leaf, galangal, tamarind patikala, stir well, cook the spices until cooked.
3. Pour enough water, let it boil, add the boiled bamboo shoots, chicken pieces, add salt, mushroom broth, sugar, & coconut milk while stirring so that the coconut milk doesn't break.
4. Cook until cooked and the spices are absorbed, taste correction. Lift and serve while warm
