Ingredient

  • – 300 G Chicken Breast Fillet, cut into large cubes

  • - enough ice water

Coating Flour

Sauce ( Mix So One )

  • – 2 tbsp munjung Gochujang
  • – 1 tbsp Gochugaru
  • – 3 tbsp honey
  • – 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • – 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • – 4 tbsp water
  • – salt & sugar, to taste

Seasoning Iris

  • – 3 cloves of white bw, finely chopped
  • – 1/2 bw bombay, sliced ​​lengthwise

Sprinkled

  • – roasted sesame
  • - green part of the onion, finely sliced

How to make

  • – In a bowl, mix the chicken & marinade (make a thick batter). Refrigerate 15 minutes.
  • Take the chicken pieces, coat them with dry coating flour while pinching gently, fry until golden yellow. Lift & drain
  • - Heat a little oil, fry the white onion until fragrant, add the sauce mixture. Cook briefly until thick, add sliced ​​bw bombay, stir.
  • - Enter the fried chicken, stir well until the chicken is covered with spices. Correction taste. Turn off the fire
  • – Pour Dakgangjeong onto a plate, sprinkle with sliced ​​spring onions and white sesame. Serve
