  • 150 gr Fettuccine Pasta
  • 5 lbs Smoked beef, cut into squares
  • 3 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 250 ml full cream UHT milk
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 70 gr cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Mushroom broth
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil @bertolli.id Extra Light (for sauteing)

Method

  • 1. Put the pasta into the boiling water and add a little salt, cook until “al dente” or soft but still chewy.
  • 2. Saute garlic with Olive Oil @bertolli.id Extra Light until fragrant.
  • 3. Add smoked beef and cook until it changes color. Then pour in the UHT milk, egg yolks, grated cheese, oregano, salt, mushroom broth, sugar and pepper, while continuing to stir and cook for a while until thickened.
  • 4. Don't forget to do a taste test. If the taste is right, add the pasta and stir quickly for a while then remove from heat.
