150 gr fettuccine LaFonte @pastabisa (boil until cooked).
3 eggs, beaten. Deep-fried so scrambled. set aside.
1 large size tomato, sliced.
clove of onion, sliced.
3 cloves of garlic, crushed.
1 spring onion, cut into pieces.
3 tbsp tomato sauce.
3 tbsp chili sauce.
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
150 ml water
Broth powder, pepper, salt to taste.
How to make
1. Heat a frying pan with enough oil. then saute the garlic and onions until fragrant then add the tomatoes and the white part of the leek and cook for a while.
2. Pour in the water and add the oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce and other seasonings.
3. After it boils, add the boiled fettuccine, eggs and green onion leaves. Just cook until it's cooked. (Don't forget to taste correction). turn off the fire.
4. Fettuccine cooked with tomato eggs is ready to be served…🤗🤗
