Ingredient

  • 150 gr fettuccine LaFonte @pastabisa (boil until cooked).
  • 3 eggs, beaten. Deep-fried so scrambled. set aside.
  • 1 large size tomato, sliced.
  • clove of onion, sliced.
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed.
  • 1 spring onion, cut into pieces.
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce.
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce.
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 150 ml water
  • Broth powder, pepper, salt to taste.

How to make

  • 1. Heat a frying pan with enough oil. then saute the garlic and onions until fragrant then add the tomatoes and the white part of the leek and cook for a while.
  • 2. Pour in the water and add the oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce and other seasonings.
  • 3. After it boils, add the boiled fettuccine, eggs and green onion leaves. Just cook until it's cooked. (Don't forget to taste correction). turn off the fire.
  • 4. Fettuccine cooked with tomato eggs is ready to be served…🤗🤗
