Ingredients

  • 1 pack of fettuccine-30 @pastabisa
  • 100gr skin crackers
  • 200gr cowpeas
  • 400ml pack of coconut milk
  • 500ml water
  • 5 plantains, peeled
  • 1 tbsp dried prawns

Spice

  • 10 red onions
  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • 10 large red chilies, boiled and mashed
  • 15 whole chilies
  • 3 greetings
  • 1 segment of galangal, bruised
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

How to make

  • 1. Cook the fettuccine @pastabisa according to the package directions (I added 1 tsp of salt in the cooking water), remove and drain, drizzle with a little vegetable oil so it doesn't stick together, set aside
  • 2. Boil cowpeas until tender, drain, set aside
  • 3. Puree the onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add finely chopped red chilies, salam, galangal, whole cayenne pepper, dried prawns, petai, cook until fragrant, add boiled cowpeas, stir, add coconut milk and water, cook until boiling
  • 4. Enter the crackers, salt and sugar, cook until the water is slightly reduced and the spices are absorbed, taste correction, add the boiled fettuccine, stir well, remove and serve.
