Ingredients Gyudon / Beef Rice Bowl

  • 250gr sukiyaki beef

Yakiniku Sauce

  • 75ml soy sauce @kikkoman.id
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed and roughly chopped
  • 1 piece of ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1 leek, take the white part, cut into 2 3cm

How to make

  • -In a small saucepan, mix soy sauce, sugar, mirin, gochujang, chili powder, sesame oil, pepper, mix well
  • - Roast the garlic, ginger and scallions until fragrant, remove and add to the sauce mixture
  • -Cook the sauce while stirring until the sugar dissolves and explodes, turn off the heat and let it cool.
  • Soak Eggs In Boiling Water For 15 Minutes, Remove.

Tamago Onsen

  • 1 liter of boiling water
  • 3 eggs

How to Make Gyudon / Beef Rice Bowl

  • 1. Sauté the onions until they are caramelized, add the meat, cook until it changes color, add the yakiniku sauce as needed (about 3 tablespoons), cook until the sauce is absorbed (don't take too long it will dry out)
  • 2. Pour over the rice, put onsen tamago, sprinkle with sliced ​​spring onions and chili powder if you like
