Kwetiaw Kuah
Kwetiaw Sauce Ingredients
- wet kwetiaw (can replace with dry kwetiaw).
- Iris "wet kwetiaw.
- (Brew dry kwetiaw, set aside).
- Beef/fish meatballs to taste.
Broth
- 5 cloves white onion, puree.
- Beef broth/chicken stock
- Enough water.
- Salt, mushroom broth, ground pepper, nutmeg to taste.
Sprinkled
- Fried Bwg.
- Celery leaves, sliced".
Complementary
- Chili sauce
- Key orange
- Sweet soy sauce.
How to Make Kwetiaw Soup
- Saute the white onion until fragrant, set aside.
- Bring chicken stock/beef stock to a boil
- Enter the stir fry white bwg mix well.
- Add salt, mushroom broth, ground pepper, nutmeg and stir
- Taste test
- Prepare a bowl of kwetiaw and meatballs with gravy
- Sprinkle with fried onions and celery.
- Serve with the complement
- Serve warm.
