1 Soak the vermicelli in hot water for a few minutes until the vermicelli is soft, drain

4 Enter the vermicelli, add soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, mix well, add a little water/oil if the dry vermicelli are a bit difficult to stir
5 Finally, add the celery, fry again until the vermicelli is fragrant, dry and flat, serve
