Tempeh Satay

tempeh satay

Ingredient

  • 1/2 board tempeh
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • Sweet soy sauce to taste
  • Salt to taste

The method

  • 1. Steam the tempeh for about 10-15 minutes then cut into cubes
  • 2. Combine garlic, coriander, cumin, sweet soy sauce & salt
  • Then add the tempeh pieces and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes
  • 3. Skewer the tempeh like satay and then grill it until it's cooked, don't forget to turn it upside down while applying the rest of the seasoning.
  • 4. Do it until the ingredients run out. Serve with your favorite chili
