Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Japanese tofu cut, fried
  • 4 fish balls
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 piece of broccoli, noon
  • 5 champignons (skip)
  • 6 pieces of chicory, sliced
  • 4 chopped garlic
  • 1/2 onion, cut into 4
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • Water, salt, sugar and pepper to taste
  • Enough oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in water

How to cook

  • 1. Bring water to a boil + a little salt, add broccoli, wait for a while until the water boils again, remove broccoli, flush with cold water, drain, set aside
  • 2. Heat a frying pan, stir-fry the white onion and onions until fragrant, add the mustard greens, carrots, meatballs, sprinkle with a little salt, fry on high heat until fragrant, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, water, wait for it to boil, add Broccoli and Japanese tofu, add salt, wait for it to boil again, taste
  • 3. Enter the cornstarch solution, stir well until the desired consistency, serve.
