Ingredients

  • 350 gr chicken breast fillet, cut wide / according to taste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder @jayskitchenspice
  • 1 tbsp Chicken broth powder @jayskichenspice
  • 1 tsp Salt

Coating material

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • For the flour I use all-purpose flour + triangular flour to taste

Method

  • 1. Wash the chicken thoroughly, give the lime juice and then cut into thin slices, let stand 10 minutes. Clean again. Add ground pepper, garlic powder, chicken stock powder and salt. Leave it for about 15 minutes to absorb.
  • 2. After that, coat the chicken in the flour then dip into the beaten egg, then coat it again in the flour while kneading until the chicken is evenly coated with flour (Repeat up to 3 times). Fry until brown and cooked.
  • Heat margarine, add garlic and onions, stir fry until fragrant. Add water, tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, chicken stock powder and sugar. Stir and then adjust the taste. Finally, add the cornstarch solution. Wait for it to boil then turn off the heat. Arrange the chicken steak on a plate, then pour it with the barbecue sauce. Ready to be served.

Barbeque Steak Sauce

  • 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 pc Onion, sliced ​​lengthwise
  • 200-250 ml Water
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper powder @jayskitchenspice
  • 4 tbsp BBQ Sauce @jayskichenspice
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Chicken broth powder @jayskitchenspice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in a little water
  • 2 tbsp Margarine for frying
