Ingredient

  • 100 gr chickpeas, cut into 2 or 3 parts
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 3 bird's eye chilies, cut into small pieces
  • 2 curly chilies, cut into small pieces
  • 1 scallion, finely sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock

Dyeing Material

  • 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • 100 ml water

How to make

  • 1. Puree the garlic using MAGIC CHOPPER CH-200 @mitochiba.id
  • 2. Heat a lot of oil, dip the chickpeas into the flour mixture, fry until golden. Remove and drain (Note: the oil must be really hot when frying)
  • 3. In another skillet, heat enough vegetable oil. Fry the garlic until slightly golden. Add the chopped chilies, spring onions, salt and mushroom broth, fry again until the garlic is golden.
  • 4. Enter the fried chickpeas, mix well. Lift and serve.
