Ingredient

  • • 1 pack of vermicelli (rice vermicelli)
  • • dragon fruit skin
  • • enough beef meatballs
  • • enough hot water
  • • 4 cloves of red onion
  • • 3 cloves of garlic
  • • 4 pieces of curly red chili / according to taste
  • • 1 spring onion
  • • 1 tsp chicken stock
  • • tsp salt
  • • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • • enough cooking oil

How to make

  • 1. Soak the vermicelli using enough hot water and then cover it so that the process is soft
  • 2. Slice the meatballs according to taste, thinly slice the Baput and Bamer for coarsely chopped chilies. Don't forget to chop the scallions roughly
  • 3. For the skin of the dragon fruit, first wash it clean, then discard the skin that looks like a thorn. Then slice thinly
  • 4. Heat enough cooking oil. Saute Bamer, Baput and chili until fragrant and change color
  • 5. Enter the meatballs, stir fry briefly until the meatballs expand and then add the dragon fruit skin. Fry briefly. Return until slightly wilted. Then add the drained vermicelli, chicken stock, salt and teriyaki sauce. Fry or cook until slightly dry
  • 6. Finally, add the scallions and cook again until the scallions are wooden
  • 7. The dragon fruit skin vermicelli is ready to be served. Just eat it like that, it's delicious to eat with rice, it's also delicious
