Ingredient

  • - 150 gr vermicelli, brewed with hot water

  • – 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce

  • – 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • - salt, sugar and pepper to taste

Ground spices

  • – 1 tsp dry ebi, brew hot water, drain

How to make

  • - Drain the boiled vermicelli, put in a bowl with various soy sauce, mix well.
  • - Prepare a pan, heat enough oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter the carrot slices, give enough water, cook until the carrots are 3/4 tender.
  • - Enter the meatballs, stir ", pour the vermicelli, mix well. Add other seasonings.
  • - Finally add the sliced ​​cabbage & spring onions, mix well. Correction taste. Cook for a while. Turn off the fire
  • - Serve the fried vermicelli on a plate, sprinkle with fried red onion
