Ingredient

  • 2 pcs tilapia (can be any fish that is suitable for grilling)
  • enough lime
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1 tbsp margarine to make it more savory
  • Instant coconut milk small size 65 ml / to taste

Ground spices

  • 125 gr curly red chili mixed with red chili
  • 8-10 garlic cloves
  • 5 large cloves of garlic
  • 1 segment of galangal (35 g)
  • 1 segment ginger (20 g)
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 1-1.5 turmeric
  • 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp salt / to taste (as a rule, the spices tasted must be saltier than usual)
  • Enough cooking oil until it rotates if the spices are blended

Method

  • 1. Coat the fish that has been washed clean with lime and salt to taste, let stand for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Blend the ground spices, transfer to a container, add the mushroom broth, lime juice, mix well.
  • 3. Add coconut milk little by little until you feel the thickness is right, taste correction.
  • 4. Mix the fish into the spices, mix well, let stand 30 minutes at room temperature/ 1-2 hours in the refrigerator so that the spices absorb.
  • 5. Before burning, put margarine into the fish container, mix well. And grill the fish while occasionally smearing the rest of the seasoning until it runs out.
  • 6. Grill the fish until it's cooked and if you like it until it's a little charred, serve it with warm rice
