Ingredients

  • – 1 Kg of Chicken Meat

Ground spices

  • – 10 cloves of garlic/1 bunch
  • – 1/2 tsp turmeric powder/2 turmeric segments
  • – 1/2 tsp ginger powder/2 ginger segments
  • – 10 pieces of roasted hazelnut
  • – 1/2 tsp coriander powder

Cemplung Seasoning

  • – 2 sheets of bay leaf
  • – 2 segments of geprek galangal (me: skip)
  • - salt and pepper to taste to taste

How to cook it

  • - Wash the chicken, cut into pieces according to taste.
  • - Unkep chicken with ground spices and Cemplung seasoning
  • - add enough water, Unkep until the water shrinks and the spices absorb.
  • - Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown.
  • - serve with warm rice, sambal and fresh vegetables.

Tomato Sauce Ingredients

  • – 1 handful of red and green cayenne pepper
  • – 10 pieces of curly red chili
  • – 3 tomatoes
  • – 4 cloves of red onion
  • – 3 cloves of garlic
  • - salt, sugar / brown sugar to taste, if you like you can add flavoring to taste

How to Make Tomato Sauce

  • - Fry all ingredients (cayenne pepper, curly red chili, tomato and onion duo until wilted, then knead, add salt, sugar and seasoning if you like, check the taste
  • - serve with fried chicken and fresh vegetables
