Ingredient

  • 10 triangular tofu
  • 250 gr beef
  • 120 g of chicken
  • 10 pcs garlic
  • 5 pcs red onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Bp
  • 3 tbsp tapioca flour
  • Onion according to taste

How to make

  • 1. Puree beef and aham
  • 2. Fry the red and white onions
  • 3 Mix all ingredients, stir until smooth
  • 4. Prepare tofu, split the middle. Fill the steamed ingredients for about 30-45 minutes.
  • 5. Let stand for a while then fry in hot oil
  • 6. Serve with soy sauce
