Tofu Baso
Ingredient
- 10 triangular tofu
- 250 gr beef
- 120 g of chicken
- 10 pcs garlic
- 5 pcs red onions
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Bp
- 3 tbsp tapioca flour
- Onion according to taste
How to make
- 1. Puree beef and aham
- 2. Fry the red and white onions
- 3 Mix all ingredients, stir until smooth
- 4. Prepare tofu, split the middle. Fill the steamed ingredients for about 30-45 minutes.
- 5. Let stand for a while then fry in hot oil
- 6. Serve with soy sauce
