Ingredients

  • 2 heads of bok choy, remove the roots
  • 3 cloves of garlic coarsely chopped
  • 1 coarsely chopped red chili
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Cornstarch solution

Method

  • 1. Boil bok choy, remove
  • 2. Saute the chilies for about 1 minute, add the garlic, stir-fry until golden.
  • 3. Enter the oyster sauce and soy sauce, pepper. Stir well.
  • 4. Pour a little water, after boiling thicken with cornstarch solution
  • 5. After popping, add sesame oil. Flush over bok choy
