Jackfruit Curry Ingredients

  • 350 grams of young jackfruit
  • A few long beans
  • 1500 ml medium coconut milk

  • 4 cardamoms

How to Make Jackfruit Curry

  • 1. Wash the young jackfruit, then boil it with 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil. Until it looks soft.
  • 2. Then drain and wash again.
  • 3. Heat oil, saute ground spices until cooked.
  • 4. Add other ingredients , stir again until wilted and cooked.
  • 5. Enter the coconut milk, stir constantly so that the coconut milk does not break. Wait until it boils.
  • 6. Enter the young jackfruit stew earlier. Cook until the jackfruit is well absorbed. Don't forget to taste.
  • 7. Finally add the long beans, cook for a while. Turn off the fire.
