Bangka Terasi Sambal

Ingredients

  • 250 gr tomatoes
  • 35 grams of shrimp paste
  • 50 gr red curly chili
  • 35 gr red chili
  • 80 gr red onion
  • 40 gr garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock (optional)
  • 15 gr brown sugar / granulated sugar
  • Enough oil

Method

  • 1. Fry the onions, chilies, tomatoes, and shrimp paste, remove and drain
  • 2. Knead all ingredients until well blended, add sugar, salt and mushroom broth
  • 3. Saute briefly on Teflon, serve
