Ingredient

  • Chilli, boiled 4 minutes
  • 10 pieces of chicken meatball @dosuka.id sliced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 100 ml water

Method

  • Boil the chicory for 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Saute the onions until wilted, add DOSUKA chicken meatball slices, stir, add salt, black pepper, mushroom broth, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, mix well, add water and flour, stir until thickened. Lift.
  • Prepare the boiled white cabbage, fill with the cooked meatball filling, roll it up, then steam it for 20 minutes.
  • Arrange on a plate and pour with meatball filling sauce, serve.
