  • 250 gr wheat flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 gr margarine
  • 75 ml water

  • 200 gr carrots (diced, cook in boiling water for a while)
  • 100 gr chicken, boiled, cut into small dice
  • 2 tbsp margarine for frying
  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 150 ml milk or plain water
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • A little nutmeg mashed
  • Salt, sugar to taste
  • Quail eggs

How to make

  • 1. Saute onions and garlic with margarine until fragrant, add flour, mix well. Add carrots, chicken, add liquid milk, mix well. Add spices, taste correction, lastly add celery, mix well. Cook until cooked. Set aside.
  • 2. Stir all the skin ingredients knead until smooth.
  • 3. Roll out the dough (I use the noodle grinder no. 4), print using a pastel mold (see slide).
  • 4. Glue the two doughs that have been formed using egg whites.
  • 5. Fry in medium oil, pressing the middle with 2 chopsticks / wood.
  • 6. Remove, drain, fill with stuffing and decorate with sliced ​​quail eggs.
