Ingredient

  • 500 gr Tempe, cut according to taste
  • 1 Sachet of My Village Marinated
  • 5 tbsp Water
  • Cooking Oil for frying

How to cook

  • 1. Dissolve 1 sachet of Desaku Marinated with 5 tablespoons of water, stir well until dissolved.
  • 2. Fry the tempeh without any seasoning, after the tempeh is half cooked, add 1/2 part of the Marinated Desaku seasoning directly into the frying pan.
  • 3. After the oil is clear, flip the tempeh, then add the rest of the Marinated Desaku seasoning.
  • 4. Fry the tempeh until cooked, remove and drain.
  • 5. Serve with chili paste.
  • Strain the oil after frying, yes, the oil remains clear and can be used again for frying.

Chili shrimp paste

  • 10 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 2 large red chilies
  • 1 teaspoon fried shrimp paste
  • Salt and brown sugar to taste.

Method

  • Mix all the chili ingredients, uleg smooth, serve with fried tempeh.
